CTU would be screwed if the terrorists planted a bomb in say, Sacramento. Is accessing top secret nuclear detonation device information really as easy as 1. hack into unsuspecting Morris' computer while the entire CTU staff is w/in shouting distance 2. upload the 'top secret' information to a cell phone faster than most PC's send an e-mail.
